Brighton kickboxing classes are designed for all levels and abilities, including beginners. The culture of the teaching is designed to accommodate your personal goals and help you achieve them at your own pace. The high intensity cardio workouts combined with body weights exercises aim to burn fat and tone muscles. Everything you need to get fighting fit!
Our training program will help you build a lean, toned physique while having fun, releasing daily stress and learning some basic self-defence. Based around Taekwon-Do punching, striking and kicking techniques, our dynamic and friendly classes will provide you with a full body workout, introducing you to the fundamentals of kickboxing.
Kickboxing & Fitness Training
Combining martial arts techniques and cardio, kickboxing is a high-energy workout that will burn calories and fat.
There’s a large toning component to kickboxing because it gets you to engage all the muscle groups in your body.
By using kickboxing pads, as opposed to simply air boxing, you’ll burn even more calories. Kickboxing techniques activate the core muscles, you will work your back and trim your waist.
