At Kickboxing Brighton we have 2 weekly beginners kickboxing classes for adults & teens. On Tuesday & Thursday evenings. 

These kickboxing classes are designed for all levels, people of all abilities and we welcome beginners. The culture of the teaching is designed to accommodate your personal goals.

High intensity cardio work outs with body weight exercises, designed to burn fat and tone muscle, Brighton Kickboxing fitness will help you get fighting fit. Our training program will help you build a lean, toned physique while having a lot of fun and learning some basic self-defence.

The classes are designed for beginners to learn kickboxing. Based around Taekwon-Do punching, striking, blocking and kicking techniques we provided a full body workout learning the basics of kickboxing. These are dynamic and fun classes.
