Beginners Kickboxing Classes
Join us for one of our kickboxing classes and learn how to punch strike and kick. The sessions include body weight strength training and lots of cardio to help get you in shape while having fun.
Classes are running every Thursday in Brighton

Brighton Kickboxing classes are designed for all levels and abilities, including beginners. the culture of the teaching is designed to accommodate your personal goals and help you to achieve them at your own pace. The high intensity cardio workouts combined with body weight exercises aim to burn fat and tone muscles. Everything you need to get fighting fit.
Our training program will help you build a lean, toned physique while having a lot of fun releasing daily stress and learning some basic self-defence. Based around Taekwon-Do punching, striking, blocking and kicking techniques our dynamic friendly classes will provide you with a full body workout, introducing you to the fundamentals of kickboxing.
Brighton Kickboxing Fitness Training
Combining martial arts techniques and cardio, kickboxing is a high energy workout burn calories and fat.
There’s a large toning component to kickboxing because it forces you to engage all the muscle groups in your body.
By using kickboxing pads, as opposed to simply air boxing, you’ll burn even more calories. Due to the nature of kickboxing techniques, employing the core muscles, you will work your back and trim your waist.
