Thursday Evening: 6.30 – 7.30 Knoyle Hall, Knoyle Rd, Brighton

Classes are £7.00 per class on a drop-in, pay on the day basis.

Combining martial arts techniques and cardio, kickboxing is a high-energy workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and fat.

We welcome beginners. Come along for the class, wear appropriate clothing for exercise: t-shirt and jogging bottoms, shorts or leggings. We train bare foot. Always ensure you have a bottle of water.
