Kickboxing for beginners. Designed for people to come and learn the basics and become proficient at all the basics of kickboxing. Learn all the basic techniques and understanding basic kickboxing movement.

Monday evening kickboxing fitness class.
Brighton Kickboxing weekly high intensity fitness class based around kickboxing fitness and tehcniques.
6.00-6.45 pm University of Brighton Sports Centre, Falmer Campus, Brighton
Just come along and join us
We welcome beginners. Come along for the class, wear appropriate clothing for exercise: t-shirt and jogging bottoms, shorts or leggings. We train bare foot. Always ensure you have a bottle of water.
At Brighton Kickboxing Fitness we accept all abilities. You don’t need to be fit to get started.
